Notable Nigerian singer Ahmed Ololade professionally known as Asake recently released a new song “Active” featuring top American rapper Travis Scott and by extension sparked several reactions online.
The new song “Active” by singer Asake featuring Travis Scott is a song off the YBNL signee’s forthcoming studio album dubbed “Lungu Boy” which houses 14 tracks.
However, following the release of the Asake’s new song “Active” featuring Travis Scott, it has been trailed with mixed reactions after lyrics in the song confirmed that the singer sampled one of the songs of Fuji artiste Adewale Ayuba.
Information disclosed that singer Asake sampled Adewale Ayuba’s “Raise Da Roof” on his new song “Active” with Travis Scott.
While many showers encomium on Asake on his new song with the American rapper, others criticized him for sampling Adewale Ayuba’s 2004 hit Fuji song “Raisa Roof”.
