Popular Yoruba actress Bisola Badmus has called out veteran Fuji singer Wasiu Ayinde, also known as K1 De Ultimate, for neglecting responsibilities of their son, Malik.
The movie star made this known in a recent interview with her colleague Biola Adebayo in the latest episode of ‘Talk to B’ while sharing her devastating experience after being diagnosed with life-threatening brain disease known as encephalopathy (Brain Tumor).
Bisola Badmus has graced Nollywood screens for more than two decades. The 40-year-old actress gained fame with her role in the movie The Figurine and has since appeared in numerous Nigerian films and TV series such as Olokiki Oru, Igbeyawo Arugbo, among many others. However, she took a break from social media for the past three years due to health issues.
Recently, she opened up on her brain tumor with Biola Adebayo, revealing how she sold her cars to buy her drugs in order for her to be healthy and alive.
Speaking on the early stage of her illness, the actress stated that she had memory loss and found it hard to recognized his son and other people around her. She narrated how she lost her mummy and immediate brother during the trial times.
She went ahead to talk about the paternity of Malik, which she birthed with the Fuji Maestro Wasiu Ayinde where she accused the singer of abandoning their son.
In her words, “From the beginning, he accepted the boy as his son but he suddenly changed. What I want from K1 is to be responsible for Malik, his son. I just want him to take care of his son”.
“He didn’t know about my condition earlier because I did not tell him. But when he knew, he tried his best for a while and stopped at some point”.
