“Never underestimate the power of dreams” – Actor Lala speaks after Asake who he used to help in OAU invites him to his show at the O2 Arena (Video)

Popular Nollywood actor Muyideen Oladapo professionally known as Lala in a latest post on social media breaks silence after singer Asake who he used to help in Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) invites him to show at the O2 Arena.

Asake, who is signed to singer Olamide’s YBNL did his second 20k capacity O2 Arena show on September 21st, 2024, and by extension invited his mother, Pocolee, Wizkid among others to his show.

However, one of the clip that went viral the most was that of singer Asake and actor Lala as many who known the story between them disclosed how Lala used to be singer’s Asake benefactor.

At that time, actor Lala was a well-known figure in the Yoruba movie industry while studying Theatre Arts at OAU, and he brought Asake from Lagos to OAU.

Lala supported Asake early on by giving him a platform at his campus shows, boosting his popularity at OAU. Asake later returned the favor by inviting Lala to his UK show.

Taking to his verified Instagram page, actor Lala who is now a master’s degree holder expresses his utmost joy after Asake invited him to his 20K capacity show at the O2 Arena.

Lala described it as a proud moment for him and advised people to never underestimate the power of dreams and the influence of the human spirit.

Lala wrote; “Never underestimate the power of dreams and the influence of the human spirit.The potential for greatness lives within each of us. Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever. People do not decide to become extraordinary. They decide to accomplish extraordinary things. It was a proud moment for me yesterday! God, you are great!! ALHAMDULILLAHI FOR EVERYTHING🙏🙏.”
