Daniel Dubois who retained his IBF heavyweight title knocked 34-year-old Joshua down four times before delivering the decisive blow in the fifth round—a powerful right to the chin that ended the fight.

In a new video shared on his verified Instagram page on September 23rd, 2024, Anthony Joshua thanked his fans for their continued support, acknowledging that he had let them down after his loss to Daniel Dubois.

He added that he has been in the game of professional boxing for the past 11 years and the journey has been absolutely nothing but a rollercoaster one.

Anthony Joshua emphasized that it’s time for both him and his fans to embrace all the positivity, stressing that maintaining a positive mindset is key. He added that it’s not over yet.

Joshua backed himself by saying that he can get back on track by taking the right steps forward, working hard, improving, and maintaining a positive mindset, which, he emphasized, comes from the heart.
