A video capturing the majestic arrival of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, at the wedding of Nigerian singer Davido and his fiancée Chioma, has emerged online.
The footage, posted on social media by Billie Adeleke, depicted the esteemed monarch’s entrance at the event.
In a manner suitable for his regal position, the Ooni was welcomed with respect and admiration by the attendees, who stood up as he entered amidst chants and accolades from his traditional praise singers.
The king was observed engaging in warm exchanges with other guests who eagerly showed their respect for his presence.
