Internationally acclaimed Nigerian singer Wizkid has recently interacted with the children of Fuji legend K1 De Ultimate during a lively question and answer session.
The special moment showcased a rare and personal connection between the global music star and K1 De Ultimate’s family, sparking discussions among fans and the online community.
On Sunday, January 26th, Wizkid paid a condolence visit to K1 De Ultimate’s house following the death of his 105-year-old mother, Alhaja Halimah Anifowoshe.
During his visitation, K1 De Ultimate’s children were seen playing and vibing with the ‘Kese’ crooner, and clips showing their lovely moments took over the internet space.
In a video making the rounds online, K1 De Ultimate’s kids had the opportunity to ask Wizkid about his favorite artist, his favorite car, and lots more. Wizkid answered their questions with patience and a touch of humor, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
The video showed when one of K1 De Ultimate’s daughters asked the singer if he drinks garri (a flake made from cassava). In response, Wizkid revealed that he likes to drink garri with lots of beans cake (Akara), and groundnuts (Epa).
One of the standout moments was when Wizkid was asked what he liked about their father, K1 De Ultimate. With smiles all over his face, Wizkid replied, “His music, his person, also messages he passes in his music, that he represents not just his generation but also our own generation and beyond.”
Towards the end of the video, Wizkid advised K1 De Ultimate’s children to remember who they are and who their father is.
