A Nigerian police officer has reportedly fallen into a pit while chasing a motorcyclist.
The incident was shared by user @ChuksEricE on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), along with a video showing the officer’s fall into a large pit during the pursuit.
In the video, the officer is seen trapped at the bottom of the pit, struggling to get out as bystanders gather around, peering in to assess the situation.
The clip quickly went viral, drawing a wave of reactions online. Social media users flooded the comment section with mixed responses, ranging from concern for the officer’s safety to criticism of the chase.
