Grammy award and Billboard Icon-winning singer Celine Dion is one of the trending conversations online following a video of her crippled, crying, and convulsing in agony from the documentary “I am: Celine Dion”.
She has been battling it secretly for over 20yrs. She couldn’t keep up the lies. So, on December 8, 2022, Celine Dion finally announced she had been diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome, a rare neurological disease that causes involuntary spasms and muscle rigidity.
Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS), is a one-in-a-million rarity, which paralyzed her voice and stole her ability to sing. Her team cancels shows over random excuses for twenty years, until 2022.
She explained that the muscles in her chest, push against her lungs, strangling her. I don’t want fans to hear see this, but they need to. She said.
She has struggled with it, tried to sing. Heard the recordings, deleted and forced herself to do what she loves.
Celine Dion is in this year’s lineup with, Dua Lipa, and Aya Nakumara to perform at the Olympics opening ceremony.
Celine shared this footage to raise awareness about the disease.
