Famous Nigerian singer David Adeleke popularly known as Davido in a new post disclosed why he drags his billionaire dad from his seat and force him to dance on his wedding day.
Recall that the wedding between Davido and his lovely wife Chioma tagged “Chivido” was held on June 25th 2024 at the Eko Hotel and Suites and by extension took over the internet space.
The wedding labeled as a billionaire gathering featured high-profile people in the society and it was for the faint-hearted as its speaks nothing but luxury.
However, a video has been making the rounds on social media that shows the moment Davido forced his billionaire dad, Adedeji Adeleke to dance at his wedding.
While Davido dad is known to be a disciplined and well-reserved person, the singer and his uncle Ademola Adeleke who is the Osun-State governor are well known for their entertaining nature. They used to dance together and Davido has used the uncle name several times in his songs.
While at the wedding, Davido and his uncle Ademola Adeleke were seen dancing with Chioma and her parent and that was just the beginning.
They were seen dancing together, and momentarily, Chioma whispered into Davido, telling her to bring his dad to the dance floor.
Davido obeyed what his wife said to him and went to tell his dad, who tried to reject the dance offer until Davido dragged him forward.
Sharing the video to all and sundry Davido wrote; “The ADELEKES vs THE EJIOFORS dancing competition only Chioma can make Daddy stand up this quick … #bestdayofourlives Cc @aadeleke_01 It’s in the blood.”
